- Selects all the text within a text
- window.

- FIND
- Find ...
- Brings up a dialog asking you for the
- string you would like to locate within
- a text window. It also has buttons
- allowing you to select a case sensitive
- search, and to wrap the search around
- the entire text within the text window.
- Find Next
- Finds the next occurrance of the string
- either entered within the Find dialog
- or via Enter Selection.
- Find Previous
- Finds the previous occurrance of the
- string either entered within the Find
- dialog or via Enter Selection. Enter
- Selection
- Enter Selection
- Takes the text which is selected in
- a text window and makes this
- selection the string all searching
- will take place on. It will be as
- though you entered the selected
- text in the Find dialog.
- Jump to Selection
- Scrolls the window such that the current
- left most selection is now visible. If
- no text is selected, it scrolls to the
- location of the caret.

- WINDOW
- Stack
- Stacks the Gopher window in the upper
- part of the screen, and stacks the text
- window in the lower part of the screen.
- The windows location will be similar to
- the location of the window when a new
- window is brought up.
- Tile
- Currently not implemented.
- Zoom
- Allows zooming of a Gopher window, ph
- window, or a text window. This does the
- same thing as clicking the mouse within
- the zoom box of the respective window.
- Item Inspector
- Makes the Inspector window visible.

- Any gopher windows or text windows that
- are open will exist within the part of
- the menu. The first 9 windows will
- have command key equivilences. If you
- open more then 9 windows opened and
- wish to select a window that was
- greater than the ninth window to be
- opened, you will need to use the mouse
- to make your selection. This option
- will bring the window in which you have
- selected to be the front most window.

- PREFERENCES
- Gopher prefs ...
- Brings up a dialog box allowing you to
- change both the default host and port to
- use for New Gopher connections.
- Text Prefs ...
- Brings up a dialog box which allows
- you to set the font, font size, which
- national character set to use, and
- if you want lines longer then the
- width of the screen to be wraped
- around. The settings you make here
- will effect the next text window that
- gets opened, or the front most window
- if it is a text window. The options you
- select are valid for both the PH and
- text windows.
- File Creator Prefs ...
- Brings up a dialog allowing you to
- specify what application is the creator
- for a given type of document.
- Make Bookmark ...
- Brings up a dialog asking for a name
- to call this bookmark for a selected
- item within a gopher window. You may
- have up to 16 different bookmarks.
- Remove Bookmark ...
- Brings up a dialog asking you to
- select which bookmarks to remove.
- (your bookmarks here)
- All your bookmarks will be listed here.

- These options are only available if the
- selected item is a gopher plus item.
- Get Attributes

- SYMBOLS IN THE GOPHER WINDOW
- To get a definition of the symbol that
- appears in the Gopher window, bring up
- the Item Inspector and look at the
- Item Type.

- ADDITIONAL KEY STROKE INFORMATION
- If you have selected a cell within the
- gopher window, you can open the
- selection either with a double click,
- or by using either the return key, or
- the enter key. In Dialogs either the
- Enter or Return key are equivelent to
- selecting Ok, while the Escape key or
- Command-. (period) have the same
- effect for Cancel. If the option key
- is held down when attempting to
- retrieve an item, the item will be
- retrieved as a text file.
